Process

In this project I applied the method Design Thinking. Therefore I started by creating an understanding for the target group by mapping trends, competitors and similar technologies, and later on conducted interviews. I used the insights from the interviews to create behavioral types and an effect map. By compiling the behavioral types and the effect map I could guarantee that both the client’s och and the user's need would be fulfilled when the service were developed.

When creating wireframes I based them on the behavioral types, and were compiled as a lo-fi prototype. With the lo-fi prototype I could easily show the interactions of the service for development team and stakeholders. The lo-fi prototypes were developed as hi-fi prototypes and were used for user testing and validation. The user testing resulted in an iteration of the service which answer better to the user’s needs and goals.
